Rich North

Rich North CEO & Founder

Rich North III, born in Youngstown, OH, and the eldest among his siblings, embarked on his educational journey at North Carolina Central University. With a Bachelor of Social Sciences in hand, he later pursued an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Rich’s early career saw him dedicating years to the healthcare industry, including impactful roles at Duke University Health System and UNC Health. His passion for sports, community, and healthcare seamlessly integrates into Northbound Health’s vision. The company upholds its mission, values, and commitment to excellence in every facet of its endeavors.

Why Northbound Health Was Founded

Northbound Health, founded in 2020 with a vision to revolutionize home health care services in Phoenix, Arizona, strives to deliver unparalleled care to patients. The roots of this visionary company trace back to the college years of its CEO & Founder, Rich North III.

His profound experience working with children with autism in 2007 sparked a passion for community service, leaving a lasting impact on both him and the clients he served.

Ana North

Ana North Director of Operations

Ana North is the Director of Operations with a deep-rooted passion for helping children with developmental disabilities. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Ana is the oldest of three siblings and is now a proud mother to a spirited 5-year-old son and a bright 2-year-old daughter.

With both personal and professional experience in the world of autism support, Ana has served as a dedicated Peer and Family Support Specialist, offering guidance, empathy, and real-life insight to families navigating similar journeys. Her own experience as a parent of a child with autism fuels her commitment to advocacy, education, and community connection.

When she’s not working or supporting families, Ana enjoys reading and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her work is driven by compassion, resilience, and a belief in the power of shared experiences to uplift and empower others.

Jarryn Bush

Jarryn Bush Provider Manager

Originally from Lacey, Washington, Jarryn Bush is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he also played football. His commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities began early, working at Special Olympics camps throughout high school and later sponsoring and leading the 2019 Special Olympics event at the Rose Bowl.

During his senior year of college and throughout COVID, Jarryn provided autism support at a middle school, deepening his experience in behavioral and educational care. He now brings that same dedication, empathy, and leadership to his work in behavioral health, focused on helping individuals and families thrive.
